We wanted to find a way to plan a fun event, give back to the community, and make a difference. McMaster Children's Hospital is near to our hearts, as it's supported our families throughout our kids' early lives.

Imatree 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament Sponsorship Fees & Info Friday, July 26th, 2024.

We have a day of excitement planned for the golfers, but let's look at what's great about sponsoring this event:

Agenda

11 am registration desk

11 am driving range opens

12 pm lunch

1.15 pm cart assignment

1.30 pm shotgun start

6 pm cocktails

7 pm dinner

Social + Digital Media

As each Sponsor registers, we will be sure to shout out their business on social media (IG unless otherwise requested). We will also include your business & links in any social posts, emails, and web pages associated to the event.

Givin' the Gear

Each sponsorship fee is not only donated to McMaster Children's Foundation, but we're accepting cool stuff for the swag bag prize table.

All our sponsors will be recognized throughout the day, with signage and verbal acknowledgment.

Live Event Engagement

We encourage all our sponsors to attend the live event on July 26th and make the most of networking throughout the day - both on the course and in the clubhouse.

If you want to golf too, don't forget to register as a golf attendee!

Hole Sponsorship

Hole Sponsor Fee: $500.00

Par 3 & Par 5 Only: plus prize donation

As a Hole Sponsor you get your logo featured on the Welcome, Lunch & Dinner Banners. You are able to set-up a tent/table at the hole you have sponsored. There will be a sign placed at the Tee Box if you are unable to attend. You will be featured in Social Media content and Web page.

This is a great opportunity to network with others on the course.

Please note: If you decide to sponsor a Par 3 or Par 5 you will be asked to provide a Prize for Closet to the Pin and Longest Drive.
